Blade Ends Lock Four Ledgers in One Cup

Each cuplock ledger has a forged blade end at both ends. The blade sits in the bottom cup of the standard. The top cup is dropped over the blades and rotated. A hammer blow locks the top cup. One bottom cup accepts up to four blade ends. This gives a positive connection without bolts or wedges.

The bottom cup is welded to the standard at 500 mm intervals. The top cup slides over the standard and is held by a locking collar. Ledger ends are forged with a tapered profile. This profile matches the cup. Four ledgers at the same level form a rigid horizontal plane.

Specify Bay Lengths, Wall and Finish

Bay lengths	Ledgers are made from 0.6 m to 2.5 m. Common sizes are 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.1, 2.4 and 2.5 m. Other lengths can be cut to order.
Wall thickness	Standard wall is 3.0 mm. 2.75 mm and 3.2 mm are available. Tube outside diameter is 48.3 mm.
Finish	Hot-dip galvanized is standard. Painted finish is optional. Powder coated finish is available in red, orange, blue or yellow.
Material	Ledger tube is Q235 steel. Blade ends are forged and welded to the tube. Welding is dual torch, both ends at once.
